Medical Report in health care has been advocated to improve patient safety. The purpose of MRS is to identify safety hazards and develop interventions to mitigate these hazards in order to reduce harm in health care. Having MRS is a need of the time. It will enormously help to transform the health care system from a traditional paper-based mechanism to automated online systems.
