Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based full stack applications.
• Play the role of Solution Architect, defining technical standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales and business development teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership/architectural role.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Proven experience in solution architecture and technical design.
• Excellent soft skills, including communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Business development experience or ability to identify new opportunities.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in enterprise applications, or related industries.
• Certifications in Java, Architecture, or Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
