Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, configure, and administer SolarWinds monitoring tools to effectively monitor the organization's IT infrastructure
• Customize SolarWinds dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet specific monitoring requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements for network devices, servers, applications, and other IT components
• Implement and manage SolarWinds monitoring solutions to ensure proactive identification and resolution of potential issues
• Analyze SolarWinds data to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Work closely with IT teams to implement optimizations and enhance overall system performance
• Respond to alerts promptly, investigate incidents, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures for SolarWinds-related incidents
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SolarWinds configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams on SolarWinds tools

Primary Skills:

• Proven experience as a SolarWinds Administrator or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tools and features
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation

Secondary Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills that fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence

Qualifications:

• 9 years of overall experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator with a specialization in SolarWinds
