Project Coordinator

MBI Digital is looking for a Project Coordinator with Financial Background having at least 3 years of prior relevant experience with large project or program financial tracking. The candidate will support program management office on cloud development initiatives.  

This is a 100% remote opportunity. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support program management office on cloud development initiatives  
  • Assist project managers and scrum masters with project financial planning, tracking and reporting
  • Prepare project financial summaries and assist in tracking issues
  • In this role you, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of a diverse, fast-paced team of project managers and scrum masters.
  • This includes accountability for the creation and maintenance of project timelines, small corporate databases, agendas, presentations, graphs, and reports, as well as complex calendaring and meeting management
  • The coordinator is responsible for communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders as well as clients, vendors and partners.
  • Be responsible for strategic alignment and integration across projects/programs, from initiation through delivery, in support of business unit process and administrative efficiency
  • Define projects required to support programs and partners to ensure their implementation on time, within budget and with benefits realized
  • Participate cross-functionally in business planning to support business unit strategy
  • Be responsible for large/complex projects/programs
  • Exercise independent judgement in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
  • Efficiently manage calendars and meetings; create agendas
  • Assists all Program Managers and other staff to monitor and achieve department and corporate goals
  • Learns and applies agile methodologies, tools and approaches to projects and key deliverables
  • Organize multiple streams of work effectively and multitask; attention to detail and accuracy is required
  • Communicate effectively (written and oral) and synthesize information from a variety of sources well


  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience with large project or program financial tracking
  • Intermediate skill in MS Office products (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
  • Beginner's level proficiency in the management of small to medium internal databases, including demonstrated ability to create and manipulate databases, as well as use graphic software to display results
  • Familiarity with agile project methodology
  • Must pass a background check/drug screen
