Roles & responsibilities

• Prior experience with Facets/Facets Workflow and end-to-end Claims Processing
• Worked on batches related to claims processing 
• Basic SQL competency skills
• Experienced with reviewing project business requirements and technical documentation and translating project requirements into testing methodologies
• Expertise in designing and developing test strategy, test plan, test cases and generating test reports, defect reports and QA documentation
• Experience with the development of automated testing capabilities without a licensed automation tool
• Documentation of overall test case approach, detailed test scenarios that cover the business process from end-to-end. Test cases to be documented in ADO/TFS
• Automation of the test case suite that can be re-used after the team departs
• Documentation of all test scripts and test results
• Collaboration with all dev teams/configuration teams for bug description/resolution
• Review of end-to-end test results with the Business users
• Function with limited assistance from business UAT resources
