Required Qualifications:

• Min 8+ years of overall automation experience
• Min 3+ years of Automation Lead experience handling onsite and offshore team members
• Expert in Efficiency initiatives, framework optimization and automation estimation
• Expertise in setting up best practices tools, frameworks, process etc.
• Handling Functional and End to End testing of complex application systems (Web , Windows , Mainframes ,AS400, Unix ,SFTP, Salesforce, CRM )
• Solid experience in working with databases/tools like Oracle , MariaDB ,MySQL workbench ,SQL Developer and writing complex SQL queries .
• Solid experience in Testing /Automating API’s (SOAP, RESTFUL , AS400 Stored procedure)
• Expert knowledge on automation using UiPath, UFT, Selenium Webdriver , TOSCA
• Proven experience in implementing/customizing BDD , TDD , Keyword driven , Data driven , Hybrid Automation frameworks and using IDE’s not limited to Eclipse, IntelliJ ,Rational Developer
• Experience in SVN, GitHub, Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven, and various code Management and CI/CD tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• PBM/ Health Care domain experience
• Project methodologies using Agile ,Scrum, SAFe
• Test management tools Rally, Jira
• Critical Problem Solving Skills
• Good Communication Skills
