Roles & Responsibilities:

• Development experience in configuring ServiceNow TSM & ITSM modules
• Experience in implementing E-Bonding/Service Bridge between ServiceNow instances Experience in integrating third party systems with ServiceNow
• Experience in developing ServiceNow scoped applications
• Knowledge of developing Service catalogs workflows Catalog scripts macros etc
• Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs Business rules client scripts etc
• Experience in using ServiceNow REST API ACLs data policy notifications email scripts etc
• Experience in Data load transform creation and reporting capabilities

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Application development certification
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

Good to have:

• Experience in ServiceNow automated testing
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification
