RBAC (Role-Based Access Control ) Team Lead

MBI Digital is looking for a RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) Team Lead having 7+ yrs of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) lifecycle management, Role Engineering, SOD build and engineering with 4+ yrs of RBAC – Role Discovery, Role Configuration, SOD – Segregation of Duties and Toxic Configuration in Financial Systems and 3+ yrs of experience with OIM 12c, OVD, OUD, OIM OAAM, OWSM.

The Team Lead for Role-Based Access Control will join a team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within IAM Implementation Team.

This position will include hands-on engineering and development of IAM solutions as well as support of vendor products primarily related to Role Based Access Control, Segregation of Duties and Identity Governance. Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of the IAM Product Management Model.

An ideal candidate will have strong engineering skills as well as the ability to help support the full lifecycle implementation of IGA product. The RBAC Team lead will define, design, develop, implementation and rollout the Identity Governance and Administration with focus on Identity Governance, Analysis, Segregation of Duties design and implementation on a GRC suite.

This is a remote Job and candidate should be ready to work in EST Timezone with occasional travel to the client site in Charlotte, NC. Candidate residing in Charlotte, NC is a plus. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • The RBAC Team lead should be able to work with the overall IAM Product Management team and deploy the solution through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies
  • The ideal candidate should be a good team player
  • This position will require strong Program/Product Management skills and is expected to lead team-members in assignment of and completion of tasks, with an ability to keep product teams on schedule as well as assist with strategic direction specific to the IAM Product Management leadership team
  • Work with application business owners for information gathering. Analyze the data for role discovery and SoD identification. Setup and integrate various application for LCM and certification. Define custom integration solution, develop code for custom connector, SOA workflow. Support testing

 

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ yrs of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) lifecycle management, Role Engineering, SOD build and engineering
  • 4+ yrs of RBAC – Role Discovery, Role Configuration, SOD – Segregation of Duties and Toxic Configuration in Financial Systems
  • 3+ yrs of experience with OIM 12c, OVD, OUD, OIM OAAM, OWSM

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc).
  • Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.
  • Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge one or more of the following: JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, and MySQL
  • Experience with one or more of the following: REST API integration
  • Experience writing Linux shell scripts
  • Experience with RBAC, IGA, GRC and SOD products
  • Product/Program management leadership
  • CISSP preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of database queries (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
