DIGITAL SERVICES SALES LEADER - SENIOR DIRECTOR LEVEL (Remote Position)

MBI Digital Corp is looking for a seasoned Digital Services Sales Leader at Senior Director Level with a minimum of 15 years of proven sales experience in software services and consulting. The Sales Leader will be responsible for the growth of our existing business, spot new growth opportunities, and build the company’s exposure and brand with customers (Fortune 500 companies) in the healthcare and financial services industries in the US market.

About the Role: Digital Services Sales Leader (Senior Director Level)

Market: North America

Compensation: We offer industry-leading compensation which includes the base component, and an attractive incentive plan for growing the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the P&L of Fortune 500 customer account(s).
  • Work with the senior leadership team to strengthen our positioning and expand the company’s exposure and brand.
  • Leverage the account team to grow our current book of business in the existing buy centers.
  • Leverage your relationships to spot new growth opportunities in the new buy centers.
  • Develop and execute a robust multiyear growth strategy that expands our new digital services business rapidly and predictably.
  • Create new ecosystem partner relationships and expand our existing ones to accelerate our go-to-market.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar area.
  • 15+ years of proven sales experience in the IT services and consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to open and scale relationships with multiple Fortune 500 clients in the healthcare and financial services industries in the US.
  • Strong understanding of digital services business centered around Cloud, Data, AI/Automation, Digital Infrastructure, new product & services development
  • Strong client-centric approach and existing trusted advisor relations that can be leveraged.
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, establishing partnership agreements and statements of work, highly proactive consulting-led sales, and account management.
  • Ability to partner with hyper scalers and platform companies such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM, Snowflake, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Automation Anywhere, etc. to build and execute the sales strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Entrepreneurial and growth oriented. Willingness to work with a diverse and global team
