Digital Services New Sales (Hunting) Leader - Director Level

MBI Digital Corp is looking for a seasoned Digital Services New Sales (Hunting) Leader at Director Level with a minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in software services and consulting. The Sales Leader will be responsible to drive new sales (hunting) function to spot new growth opportunities and build the company’s exposure and brand.

The company needs a Digital Services New Sales Leader who has the proven ability to add new logos (Fortune 500 companies) across verticals focusing mainly on the North American market.

About the Role: Digital Services New Sales Leader (Director Level) 

Market: North America

Target Customer Base: Global 1000 across industries 

Compensation: We offer industry-leading compensation which includes the base component, an incentive plan for each new account opening, and commission for the first 24-month revenue and profit booking

Location: Any major city in the US

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new sales (hunting) function to spot new growth opportunities and build the company’s exposure and brand
  • Work with the senior leadership team to develop strategic new logo acquisition plans that create new digital services revenue 
  • Manage the sales cycle end-to-end: cold calling, prospecting, establishing master services agreements, overseeing RFP response and proposal development, etc.
  • Drive direct sales as well as channel partner relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar area
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience in the IT services and consulting industry
  • Demonstrated ability to open new relationships with Global 1000 accounts in the US
  • Strong understanding of digital services business centered around Cloud, Data, AI/Automation
  • Strong client-centric approach and existing trusted advisor relations that can be leveraged 
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle end-to-end, including cold calling, prospecting, establishing master services agreements, overseeing RFP response and proposal development, etc.
  • Ability to partner with hyper scalers and platform companies such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, IBM, Snowflake, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Automation Anywhere, etc. to build and execute the sales strategy. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented. Willingness to work with a diverse and global team
