Roles and Responsibilities - 

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of experience in computer related support field
• Candidates should have a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
• Candidates should have prior experience implementing and/or maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience utilizing Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration preferred
• Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, MobileStudio, Automation studio preferred
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, or other applicable Salesforce certifications preferred
• Experience with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud's contact data model preferred
• Candidate should have experience developing/deploying Java-based Services and working knowledge of relational databases (i.e. Oracle)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel
